January - June 2010, £400 per week for up to 4 persons and an additional £40 per week per person extra, (maximum 6 persons).
July - August 2010, £550 per week for up to 4 persons and an additional £55 per week per person extra, (maximum 6 persons).
September - October 2010, £400 per week for up to 4 persons and an additional £40 per week per person extra (maximum 6 persons).
For stays over 7 nights i.e. 10 nights each extra night would be calculated pro rata so for example in the summer for 4 people staying each extra night would be £71 and outside summer it will be £50 (please be aware that this will be slightly higher for 5-6 people.
About Cleaning: Because it is a self catering holiday and we like to keep the costs low for the sake of our guests, mid week cleans and bed changes are not provided. If however you require a mid week clean this can be done for an additional £25 per clean payable with the balance 2 months before the date of your holiday.
